1.0     ENTRY REQUIREMENTS TO DIPLOMA IN LAW

1.0.1        Category A: Direct Entry

All following requirements must be met:

  1. Three credit passes in appropriate subjects at Certificate of Secondary Education Examination
  2. Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent, with at least one “C” principle pass and one Subsidiary pass
  3. In addition, candidates must have obtained at least a pass in English at O-level or a subsidiary pass at A-level.

1.0.2        Category B:  Equivalent Qualification

All following requirements must be met:

  1. Three credit passes in appropriate subjects at Certificate of Secondary Education Examination
  2. Certificate in Law passed at Upper Second Class Level or above
  3. In addition, candidates must have obtained at least a pass in English at O-level or a subsidiary pass at A-level.

1.1     ENTRY REQUIREMENTS TO CERTIFICATE IN LAW

One of the following requirements must be met:

(i)    Two passes at  Grade “C” or above in appropriate subjects, one of which has to be English, in the Certificate of  Secondary Education Examination

OR

(ii)   Five passes at Certificate of Secondary Education Examination, one of which must be English

OR

(iii)    “A” Level candidates shall have either one principal pass in one of the appropriate subjects and, in case this is not English, a credit pass in English at O-level  or a subsidiary pass at A level.

Second Graduation Ceremony

"SEKUCo reveals its second letter to the society!"

Today, 3rd Dec, 2011, SEKUCo has revealed its second letter to the society with its second graduation ceremony. A total of 298 students have received their degrees in their respective fields of study.  The ceremony started with a parade from campus A to campus B.

The guest of Honor was Hon. Dr. Kawambwa who gave a speech to the graduants. Some of the invited guests were Rev. Savera Bishanga from UEM, Rev. Prof. J.W. Parsalaw from Tumaini University Makumira, SEKUCo Board Chairperson, Bishop Dr. Stephen Munga and many other guests from all parts of Tanzania.
